Job Role Overview
The Support Worker role at Real Life Options involves providing support to individuals with various needs, promoting their independence and well-being. This position requires a flexible and caring individual who can work in a variety of settings, including the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, domestic support, and administration of medication.
- Engage in activities in the local community, including sports, leisure, and educational pursuits.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
Requirements
- Enhanced PVG certification required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
