About Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative
Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit charity established in 1989 by a group of parents and activists. We support people with learning disabilities in Wales and employ over 1200 staff, with 650 people we support and 1000s of friends, family, and supporters.

Job Responsibilities
The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service. Your focus will be on promoting independence for the people we support and enabling them in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way.
You will provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to give quality, person-centred support. You will build positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver an excellent service.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, who is reliable and committed, and able to communicate professionally and empathetically. You will need to be able to work under pressure and as a member of a growing team. Sleep ins, evening, and weekend work may be required, and you will need to be a car driver and prepared to travel across the region.
Requirements
Care management experience is essential, and you will need to hold a QCF level 3 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Level 5. Due to the nature of this work, we are required by legislation to obtain an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service for all successful applicants.
