Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service, promoting independence for the people we support and enabling them in an innovative, person-centred and flexible way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to give quality, person-centred support.
- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver an excellent service.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service, including managing budgets and resources.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the people we support.
Requirements
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
- Be reliable and committed, with a strong work ethic.
- Be able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Have a QCF level 3 qualification and be willing to work towards Level 5.
- Have experience of care management and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities.
