Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to lead our Residential Respite Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
About the Role- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience as a deputy or service manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs.
