Learning Support Worker

**Job Summary:** SEN Teaching Assistant - Competitive Daily Rate
**Location:** Maidstone, Kent
**Estimated Salary:** £100+ per day
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at our special needs school in Maidstone. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children with special needs and a patient and empathetic approach.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with their learning activities and help them to achieve their goals
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement IEPs
- Provide personal care and assistance to students with physical disabilities
- Support students with challenging behaviour and help to de-escalate conflicts
**Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children with special needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
