The Learning Support Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Zen Educate and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in an Alternate Provision SEN school in the Exeter area.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team, who has experience working with challenging behaviors and a passion for supporting children. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to implement individualized learning plans and behavior management strategies, and assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The school offers a range of benefits, including outdoor education trips, school gym and nurture rooms, and a differentiated curriculum that caters to the needs of its students. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced team, and receive ongoing training and development opportunities.
