Residential Supervisory Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.
- Communicate effectively with guests and address their queries and requests.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report requirements.
