Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents, focusing on general nursing and palliative care. Your responsibilities will include delivering personalized care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assessing patient progress, educating patients and families, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care, addressing the emotional and social well-being of patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create tailored care plans for each patient.
- Regularly assess patient progress and effectively communicate any concerns to the relevant team members.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and self-care techniques.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Demonstrate proven experience in providing care for adult and older adult patients, particularly in the areas of general nursing and palliative care.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Be capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Show a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care.
