Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
Willings Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in both Mental Health regulated activities and Nursing Home settings
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to Mental Health regulations
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for residents
- Monitoring and documenting residents' health and progress in both Mental Health regulated activities and Nursing Home environments
- Providing support and guidance to healthcare assistants in the delivery of care for residents
Requirements:
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Previous experience working in a Mental Health regulated activities and/or care home environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with residents
- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
