Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Willing Care. As a Band 5 RGN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care to our older adult residents, with a primary focus on general nursing and palliative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care, addressing the emotional and social well-being of patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create tailored care plans for each patient.
- Regularly assess patient progress and effectively communicate any concerns to the relevant team members.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and self-care techniques.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Demonstrate proven experience in providing care for adult and older adult patients, particularly in the areas of general nursing and palliative care.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Be capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Show a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care.
