Kings Estates is seeking a highly motivated Property Management Apprentice to join our team in Southampton.

As a Property Management Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting property visits, and administering maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and deliver a high standard of customer service to landlords and tenants.
  • Visit properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections, and Check Out Reports.
  • Book and chase Inventories, Mid Terms, and Check Outs.
  • Advise landlords on maintenance works required after property visits.
  • Liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants for maintenance work.
  • Book and chase Gas Safety Certificates.
  • Be aware of legalities of Section 21, Section 8, and Section 13.
  • Administer MyDeposit Claims and deposit releases.
  • Deal with complaints from landlords and tenants.
  • Work on our Jupix IT system to log property details and maintenance.
  • Obtain quotations for maintenance work from contractors.
  • Chase maintenance on outstanding and approved maintenance and inspections.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent.
  • Driving License.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend availability.

Pay: £15,000.00-£17,000.00 per year, with a performance bonus.
