Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Trade Sales Manager to join our team at Knots Rugs, a leading hand-knotted rug company based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities within the luxury sector, while also managing and developing existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the luxury market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box to develop new business opportunities and partnerships. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong understanding of CRM programs.

In this role, you will work closely with our in-house team to develop strategies that drive sales growth and contribute to the logistical aspects of the company, including showroom upkeep and day-to-day operations. A competitive salary is offered for this full-time position, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the luxury sector
  • Manage and develop existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
