Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Interior Designer to join our team, bringing with them a passion for creating breathtaking hotel interiors that exceed our guests' expectations. This role will involve collaborating with our leadership team to develop and implement interior design concepts, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Interior Design Concepts: Collaborate with our leadership team to create innovative interior design concepts for new and existing properties, reflecting our brand's luxurious aesthetic.
  • Manage Interior Projects: Oversee all aspects of interior projects, including pre-works, budgeting, and scheduling, working closely with suppliers to achieve luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with Architects & Contractors: Work alongside architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget, coordinating all design works required.
  • Select Furniture & Fixtures: Select and purchase high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment, negotiating the best possible value for our hotels.
  • Oversee Installation: Ensure safe and correct installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, working closely with contractors.
  • Maintain Property Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Product Integrity: Focus on maintaining the highest level of product integrity throughout our hotels, guaranteeing every guest enjoys a luxurious experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Understanding of Interior Design Principles: Possess a deep understanding of colour theory, space planning, and furniture selection, applying this knowledge to create stunning hotel interiors.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Demonstrate strong project management skills, including budget management, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the business, contractors, and other team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Showcase attention to detail and accuracy of execution, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
