We are seeking an experienced BMS Sales Manager to join our projects department and drive business growth through sales and business development efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector;">
  3. Secure new project wins up to £1,000,000 and provide solutions to end clients;">
  4. Work closely with our projects team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions;">
  5. Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;">

Requirements and Qualifications:

">

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in sales and business development, preferably within the BMS industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum + commission + company benefits. Our directors are open to discussing a realistic initial first-year target and are keen to support self-motivated candidates who can benefit from our commission structure.
