We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Hit sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Influence customers to adopt a healthier lifestyle by showcasing the benefits of our clubs and services.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Provide excellent administration and organizational skills to support the sales team.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the team's overall objectives.
- Sell our products and services with integrity and adhere to our company values.
- 70% of your time will be spent on phone sales, inspiring and spreading our company values to prospective members.
- 30% of your time will be spent showcasing our clubs and influencing customers' lifestyle changes.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that's dynamic and fun.
- Onboard new members to the club at point of sale, ensuring they receive excellent after-care service.
