About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Analytics Lead to join our team at HMRC. As a key member of our Data Analytics Platform team, you will play a crucial role in developing HMRC's Enterprise Analytic platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data pipelines, including data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, quality, and matching.
  • Design and implement enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI/ML end-user tooling, including technology roadmaps and product selection.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to ensure designs conform to HMRC's IT strategy.
  • Engage at a strategic level, influencing policy and setting direction for technical and business change.

Requirements

  • Broad IT and Enterprise Architecture (EA) background with experience in architecting enterprise-scale applications or architecture roles.
  • Ability to develop, detail, and establish architectural principles, policies, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
  • Experience of designing data platforms systems for operational and analytical systems, including Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Professional IT qualifications such as TOGAF or CITP.
