HR Generalist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing HR function in Craigavon.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and contribute to the implementation of established HR functions while supporting site teams with social value initiatives.

- Possess a Human Resources or CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum).
- Bring 3 years' experience as a generalist HR Officer, Advisor, or similar role.
- Hold a valid Driving Licence.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Develop in-house training modules to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Create employee feedback surveys aligned with the agreed HR Calendar to measure employee satisfaction.
- Generate reports and KPIs on HR matters such as health and wellbeing, training, recruitment, social value, sickness absence, apprenticeships, and company benefits for review with the HR Director/Manager.
- Liaise with the HR Director/Manager on the annual review of Company Policies & Procedures to ensure all are published and accessible to staff.
- Be responsible for the administration of the company's Performance Management Process, ensuring employees are held accountable for their performance.
- Liaise with the HR Manager on the allocation and administration of company properties.
- Liaise with the HR Manager on coordinating and implementing the company's social value initiatives according to project/planning requirements.
