  • Provide 2nd line technical support for application, operational, and project issues

Requirements:
  • Experience in PL/SQL

  • Knowledge and experience of IT technologies
  • Strong communication skills, good team player
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
  • Logical approach to software solutions and problem-solving
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues and escalate appropriately
