The Role:

You will work as part of a well-established team providing residents with daily support to complete a range of tasks and activities within the residential service and out in the community. Duties will include supporting those with life limiting disorders and supporting individuals with end of life care. You will also have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals for advice and guidance should this be needed.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an empathetic, caring, and resilient individual with a minimum of 6 months experience of working within a social care setting in the UK. A driver with their own vehicle is desirable. You will need to hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. The right to work in the UK is also essential.
