Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Procurement Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement team, ensuring smooth order processing, data handling, and store staff support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Procurement team in processing orders in a timely manner to meet stakeholder demands.
- Collaborate with the wider Procurement team to ensure data accuracy and report availability.
- Provide point of contact support for store staff within the Procurement team.
- Respond to queries and proactively share updates with teams in store regarding order progress and resolve any flow issues.

Requirements

- Strong MSOffice proficiency, with excellent Excel skills.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent team player with a flexible and positive mindset.
- Problem solver with resourcefulness and pragmatism.
