We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Paediatric Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing a diagnostic service for the Paediatric Audiology Department, performing diagnostic Audiological assessments on neonates and children. You will also provide aural habilitation for babies and children, including counselling to distressed parents/guardians about their children's hearing loss and associated problems.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Clinical Audiology or equivalent qualification, state registration as a Clinical Physiologist in Audiology with RCCP or equivalent, HCPC, and experience of working with children. You will also have knowledge of child development and evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic Audiological assessments on neonates and children
  • Provide aural habilitation for babies and children
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the Paediatric Audiology Service
  • Be involved in the education and training requirements of the department

Requirements:

  • BSc in Clinical Audiology or equivalent qualification
  • State registration as a Clinical Physiologist in Audiology with RCCP or equivalent, HCPC
  • Experience of working with children
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
