About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist/Clinical Scientist to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Audiology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to patients with complex audiological needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of patients with complex audiological conditions, providing comprehensive rehabilitation techniques and counseling to patients and their families.
  2. Develop and implement clinical protocols in line with current evidence-based practice, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to national and international standards.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and develop care pathways for patients with complex needs.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of research and audit projects, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and patient care.

Requirements
  • MSc in Clinical Audiology or equivalent level of knowledge/expertise.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP).
  • Significant post-graduate experience in audiology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
