We are seeking an experienced administrator to cover a maternity leave position at matm. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

The role involves a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Managing print delivery notifications and updating customer and job tracking software.
  • Assisting with the placement of print orders, including producing quotations, liaising with suppliers and customers, and updating invoicing details.
  • Processing client call-off orders for print and deliveries.
  • Preparing jobs for invoicing and sending approved invoices to customers.
  • Managing client domains and liaising with customers on renewals.
  • Updating customer spreadsheets with new jobs and status.
  • Checking supplier invoices and uploading approved invoices into Hubdoc.
  • Providing administrative support to the accountancy and bookkeeping team as required.
  • Processing client payments via credit card.
  • Assisting the team with proofreading, product entry, and other tasks as required.

Additional administrative tasks may include updating customer details, preparing courier deliveries, processing small receipts and expenses, scanning documents, and answering calls.
