At Domus Recruitment, we are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead the growth of our new domiciliary branch in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our services.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£38,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses. You will also receive up to 33 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and continual support from our Director.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting directly to our Directors. Key responsibilities include:

  1. To promote the service on social media and within the community to increase new client referrals.
  2. To manage clients' care plans and ensure safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
  3. To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
  4. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC Essential Standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in Domiciliary Care Management for at least 1 year, preferably having been involved in a CQC inspection.
  2. A working knowledge of NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  3. A valid UK Driving Licence.
