Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing regulated activities, developing quality control systems, and recruiting and training staff.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and improve services: Collaborate with the Director to develop and improve our domiciliary care services.
  2. Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee the regulated activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Promote services: Raise awareness about our services among local communities.
  4. Maintain high care standards: Develop and implement strategies to maintain high care standards.
  5. Manage staff: Lead and manage a team of Care Professionals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  6. Operate quality control systems: Monitor and improve our services using quality control systems.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications: Possess relevant professional qualifications, such as a registered manager qualification.
