About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to take on a key leadership role within our team. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care
  • Build strong relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Plan rotas and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of our residents

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Natural leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop others
