Financial Operations Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recording of hotel income, including cash and credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure all invoices are accurately processed, approved, coded, and posted.
- Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Purchase Ledger experience preferred but not essential.
