We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Care Inspectorate as a Transaction Processing Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Transactions Manager, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and responding to enquiries.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Have a solid understanding of financial controls and the financial environment
- Provide exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Offer a range of administrative and clerical support, including database administration
- Organize, process, record, and file information and correspondence both electronically and manually
- Be meticulous and accurate in your work
- Have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain confidentiality and work flexibly as part of a team
Experience with Oracle financial systems and knowledge of debt recovery are desirable.
