About the Role

The Care Inspectorate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Transactions Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Transactions Manager, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and responding to enquiries.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality. Experience with Oracle financial system and knowledge of debt recovery is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders in the financial system
  • Provide administrative support to the Transactions Manager
  • Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Organize, process, record, and file information and correspondence
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality
