Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Administrator

At M4 Specialists, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll and accounts processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting data into our Payroll software programme with a high level of precision
  • Supporting our branches with Temporary workers payroll queries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Producing and reconciling payroll reports, performing period-end tasks, and generating Sales invoices/credits
  • Posting and allocating cash to client accounts, dealing with Client account queries, and reconciling their accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records for both payroll and accounts, including Bank transactions and reconciliations
  • Assisting with weekly payroll, processing and generating invoices, adjusting payment details, and working with spreadsheets
  • Sending remittance advices and uploading information weekly generated from the payroll system
  • Raising invoices, statements, reconciling payments, resolving query issues, and chasing payments in the Sales Ledger

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, be able to work on your own initiative as part of a team, prioritize your workload, and maintain attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
