Job Role: Key Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Client Relationship Executive to join our team at Stafforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in client retention and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our buying team and international supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of key customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Collaborate with our buying team and international supply chain to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and purchasing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales/account management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic account development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Salary: £32k - £35k per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Exeter.
