Business Intelligence Manager

Ultra Electronics Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to develop and manage the S&OP process alongside the S&OP Supply manager. This role is responsible for leading the dialogue each month to agree the demand plan through the demand reviews and working with the Planning Director to consolidate the business plans for executive review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the demand planning process for PCS, ensuring alignment to the business strategy.
  • Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organizational goals, aligning marketing activity with demand opportunities and business delivery capability.
  • Communicate product inventory strategies to the supply planning team, ensuring overall collection and preparation of forecasts from pre-sales activities.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working hours, 25 days' holiday, and a pension scheme.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Licenses/Certificates: Oliver Wight S&OP Training or equivalent.
  • APICS or other planning Certification preferred.
  • Experience of IFS ERP system.
