At Mitie, we're seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our healthcare division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our customers. Your role will involve ensuring the contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services
  • Develop opportunities to improve and exceed expectations
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers
  • Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning, with training provided
  • Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals
  • Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements
