Deliver Exceptional Service in Healthcare Cleaning

As a skilled Cleaner in our healthcare division, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You will ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services
  • Look for opportunities to develop this further
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to work to your own initiative where appropriate
  • Reliability and hardworking with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery
  • Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie
