As a Field Equity Release Adviser at Age Partnership, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality equity release advice to existing and prospective clients. This exciting opportunity allows you to promote Age Partnership as the premier provider of quality advice in the field of equity release.

Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £5,500 and a bonus scheme up to 50% of salary. A generous benefits package is also included.

The Role: As a Field Equity Release Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional equity release advice, meeting targets, and promoting Age Partnership as the UK's premier advisor in the field of equity release. You will work closely with clients, understanding their individual objectives and circumstances, and provide comprehensive recommendation packs.

Key Outputs:

  • Delivery of high-quality equity release advice, adhering to the principles of 'treating customers fairly' and 'customer duty.'
  • Providing clients with detailed recommendation packs, including KFI's, in line with company best practices.
  • Meeting targets and KPI's while promoting Age Partnership as the premier advisor in equity release.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all administration tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an advisory role within regulated financial services.
  • Professional background accustomed to high standards of personal discipline and behavior.
  • Proven ability and experience in Financial Services, with a focus on Equity Release products.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver high-quality advice.
