**Job Title:** Dietary Support Staff

Go To Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Dietary Support Staff member to join our team in one of our care homes. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring that all meals meet the dietary needs of our residents.

Salary: £24,500 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop and implement meal plans that cater to the diverse dietary needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Develop and implement meal plans with the Head Chef
  • Ensure all meals meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to provide excellent patient care

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience as a Kitchen Assistant
  • Cooking for 30+ people in one sitting
  • Cooking from fresh produce and English-style dishes
  • Availability to work from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Adaptable cooking for residents with dislikes
  • Comfortable with IDDSI training (provided)
  • Right to work in the UK and care experience
  • Enhanced DBS (can be applied for)
  • Variable hours 20-30+ per week
