Support Staff

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our primary school in delivering high-quality education to our students. As part of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:- Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Monitoring and recording student progress, helping to identify areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Assisting with the supervision of students during break times and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding nature, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will be able to start soon, with a view to joining our team as soon as possible.
