Nuclear Engineering Degree Apprenticeship

We are seeking a highly motivated Nuclear Engineering Degree Apprentice to join our team at Rolls-Royce. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to develop your skills and knowledge in nuclear engineering.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, building, and servicing critical technologies for the Royal Navy's nuclear submarines. Your placement will involve working across different parts of the engineering lifecycle, giving you the opportunity to gain a wide breadth of experience and develop your fundamental knowledge of engineering.

The apprenticeship program is fully sponsored, with a competitive starting salary of £20,735 per year, annual pay rises, and opportunities for continuous learning and development. You will also have access to a choice of voluntary benefits, including discounts at nationwide stores, gyms, and more.

To be successful in this role, you must be fascinated by nuclear engineering and have a logical and analytical approach when working with data. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
