About the Role

As a Senior Paediatric Dietitian, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dietitians, providing clinical expertise and guidance, and contributing to the development of our paediatric dietetics service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of dietitians, providing clinical expertise and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of our paediatric dietetics service, including the design and implementation of new programmes and services
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment and management of patients with complex nutritional needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to paediatric dietetics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Dietitian
  • Postgraduate qualification in Paediatric Dietetics or a related field
  • Significant experience in paediatric dietetics, including experience of leading and managing a team
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
