Scope of RoleThis role will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring customer renewals are secured and developing new business opportunities for Kingspan Water & Energy.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound queries from customers, resolving problems and producing quotes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Log site visits, including organizing part orders and delivery.
- Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing, including credit card transactions.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Service Manager.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.
- Record and track sales.
- Develop knowledge of Kingspan Water & Energy's products and services.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
- GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Experience dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment.
- Sales experience with the ability and desire to sell.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
