Care Home Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Night Lead to join our care home team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of carers during night shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:- To supervise a team of carers during night shifts, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- To manage the care of our residents, including administering medication and providing personal care.
- To maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
