Job Title: Home Health Care Physical Therapist

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated physical therapist to join our team. As a home health care physical therapist, you will provide personalized physical therapy services to patients in their homes, working closely with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, providing tailored physical therapy services in their home settings.
  2. Travel: Spend approximately 20% of your workday traveling to and from patient homes within the Dingmans Ferry area and surrounding locations.
  3. Mentorship and Development: Engage with clinical educators, preceptors, and supervisors for guidance and professional growth.
Schedule and Shift Details:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. One weekend per month and two holidays per year are required. Local travel to patient residences is necessary.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. At least one year of healthcare experience. Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, including practice-specific EMR software. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel are necessary.
