We're seeking an Organizational Excellence Lead to drive and embed critical changes in our business areas aligned with our business strategy.

The role is a key member of the HR, Change, and Transformation community and occupies a unique position taking view across the entire organisation with aim of optimising the effectiveness of functions and teams.


Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring change management plans.
  • Partnering with leadership and other key functions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Coaching leaders and managers in change management and skill development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and experience of leading change management activities.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $130,000, plus discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, discounts on brand products, sample sales, and other retail perks, and generous parental leave policies.
