**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our team at CT19, a neurotechnology company headquartered in London. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ambitious growth plans of the organisation.

In this high-impact generalist role, you will deliver people strategy by implementing coaching and learning & development programs for junior employees through to management. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and operational guidance.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and support the daily needs of all employees. You will need to make quick decisions and change priorities while always working towards achieving business goals.

About the Company

CT19 has developed innovative neuro-monitoring devices for critical care and is now moving into early clinical studies within hospitals. We are looking for a talented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent development programs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Provide strategic input on people-related matters
  • Work autonomously and make decisions quickly
  • Support senior leaders and other employees as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience working in start-up or scale-up environments in the UK
  • HR or People partnership experience
  • Comfortable working at pace and in an agile manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
