Service Desk Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support, Service Desk Team Leader, and Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Service Desk team to provide excellent customer service and support all internal IT services, systems, and applications within a cyber security best practice framework.
  • Line management responsibility for the Service Desk team, including performance management, training, and development.
  • Own responsibility for all internal IT services, systems, and applications, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and vendors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
