Service Desk Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our IT service desk team and oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT service desk technicians to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of IT incidents.
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage service desk metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in a team lead or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.
