Service Desk Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our IT Service Desk team and oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Service Desk team to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of IT incidents.
  • Develop and implement ITIL-based processes and procedures to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage the Service Desk team's engagement with third-party vendors and support desks to ensure effective incident, problem, and service request management.
  • Train and develop the Service Desk team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk management role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • ITIL certification and experience with ITIL-based processes and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop, server, and virtualization concepts and technologies.
  • Strong Office 365 and Azure experience.
  • Cyber security awareness and knowledge of ITSM and RMM tools.
