Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Concrete Plant Supervisor. As the main point of contact and representative for our busy concrete plant, you will be responsible for producing high-quality concrete, solving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce concrete in line with quality standards to meet customer expectations
  • Solve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate fleet requirements to optimize utilization
  • Manage stock controls and supervise safety, health, and environment standards on site
  • Ensure the housekeeping of all plant and equipment

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry and driving a loading shovel is advantageous

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 7am to 5.00pm, Saturday 7am to 12noon
