Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical plants, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining mechanical plant equipment while ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.
You will provide expert knowledge and guidance on air handling units (AHUs) to support daily operations.
You will participate in the on-call rota, offering essential support when required.
Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety, while coordinating with other supervisors and senior management to ensure smooth operational integration.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of mechanical plant operations, particularly in managing air handling units (AHUs).
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, with 25 days of annual leave to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, providing consistency in your schedule.
