About the Role

As a Care and Support Worker with UKCIL Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated team providing care and friendship to an 11-year-old boy who requires support in his daily life.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance with activities such as watching football, playing on technology, and socialising. The role involves accompanying the young person during weekend hours (approximately 10am-4pm) and potentially additional school holidays. A full clean driving license is essential for this position.

Working Hours:

  • 3 hours per week on Wednesday afternoons (5-8pm)
  • 6 hours per month on weekends (10am-4pm)
  • Scope for extra hours during school holidays

Remuneration: £11.50 per hour prior to training, £12.00 per hour thereafter.

The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training and have access to ongoing support. Interested candidates will be required to undergo DBS checks and provide professional references.
